Adjusteck Expands North American Capabilities, Bringing Scaled Solutions for Mid-Sized, Technical and Complex Commercial and Catastrophe Losses to Service Domestic U.S. and London Market Insurers

September 2, 2021 (Purcellville, VA) – Adjusteck, an international loss adjusting firm headquartered in London and serving the global insurance market, is pleased to announce the launch of its comprehensive loss adjusting capabilities for the domestic U.S. market.  Through a new strategic partnership that builds on Adjusteck’s technology-driven approach to loss-adjusting, Adjusteck will now offer its clients coverage in all 50 states, including key cities New Orleans, Galveston and Miami in the Gulf Coast, St. Louis, Tulsa, and Topeka in-land, and various mountainous locations in the northern Sierra Nevada region.

This increased capacity to handle catastrophe claims in the domestic U.S. middle market, allows Adjusteck to further scale and embed its technology-based approach to loss adjusting for the benefit of its global clients, especially during peak hurricane season in North America.  Adjusteck will continue to focus on using technology to manage technical and complex losses through its global partner network, providing the expected speed, accuracy, efficiency, and reliable customer service technology delivers, but with the added ability to provide an additional level of service for mid-sized commercial losses in this new market.  Adjusteck additionally retains the ability to rapidly deploy its drone-related technology, including geospatial and aerial surveys, to the affected areas as part of the overall response.

With a dedicated and centralized catastrophe management office in Dallas, TX, Adjusteck will now have access to risk modelling, response planning, and supporting clients with call center operations, claim triage, and field adjusting.  In addition, Adjusteck’s CMS dashboard allows adjusters and clients to establish greater visibility into higher-volume claim situations, helping to resolve claims expediently and cost-effectively. This includes giving adjusters access to real-time notifications, uploads, downloads, and all other pertinent information for claims visualization and management.
