This sixth and final session in our CAT Response 2020 Town Hall series concluded our portrayal of a fictitious island by examining how the island’s marina, impacted by a hurricane and caught in claims litigation brought on by the operator against the carrier, was resolved. Pulling from their real-world experience, our panelists discussed the ins and outs of the process and unique but not unfamiliar issues, and they explained why the facts always matter.
