With a career spanning more than 20 years, Amy Pinkerton is widely recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field of claims adjusting. Her areas of expertise encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including research, investigations, litigation, high-exposure loss management, conflict resolution, and risk controls.

In this role, she provided prompt, fair, and effective inland marine claims service for insureds and claimants, with a specific focus on legal liability inland marine lines such as motor truck cargo, contingent cargo, logistics, warehouse, and riggers legal liability.
Amy Pinkerton’s background also includes leadership roles in various industries, where she demonstrated her expertise in steering operations for productivity and efficiency, team performance, resource allocation, risk management, client servicing, and driving bottom-line sales and profits. Her ability to effectively communicate, consult, present, and manage relationships with stakeholders is a valuable asset to Adjusteck.
At Adjusteck, Amy will collaborate with expert witnesses, attorneys, public adjusters, and carrier’s examiners as needed to conduct investigations, confirm findings, and support evaluations. Her broad skill set and extensive experience make her a valuable addition to the Adjusteck team.
