An assessment is one completed voice-analysis event. Longer recordings, multiple participants, repeat attempts, or specialized processing may count as additional assessments, as defined in your agreement.
No. A pilot is a time-limited engagement for one defined workflow. An annual subscription can be considered afterward.
A partial credit may be available for a qualifying subscription. Eligibility, timing, and credit amounts must be included in the pilot agreement.
Subscriptions require an annual commitment and are generally billed annually. Alternative payment schedules may be available by agreement.
Additional automated assessments are $60 each for Essential and $35 each for Professional. Enterprise rates are established in the agreement.
