From 16 Locations to Two Priority Areas
In March 2025, AuthentIQ technology was used to assess 218 employees across 16 distribution centers as part of an investigation into suspected warehouse syndicate activity.
Of the employees assessed, 166 received lower-risk indicators and 52 received elevated indicators. Two Western Cape locations, approximately 10 miles apart, showed particularly high concentrations of elevated indicators, at 87.5% and 83.33%.
The concentration of elevated indicators helped identify where further investigation and verification may have been warranted, while also providing insight into potential activity across locations.
These results provided behavioral context for further review. They were not treated as proof of deception, fraud, or wrongdoing.
