Mujahid Davis pleaded guilty to multiple robberies in the Philadelphia area in 2025, stealing a total of $122,225. He was sentenced to 11 years in prison and ordered to pay $134,000 in restitution.

Two teenage suspects approached an armored car guard who was exiting a Houston-area check casher and sprayed him with bear spray. The guard fired several shots at the attackers, striking both. The suspects were taken into custody and hospitalized for treatment of their injuries. Several possible accomplices were also taken into custody while attempting to clean the suspects’ getaway vehicle.

David Ortiz pleaded guilty in Federal Court to charges associated with a June 2025 armed robbery in New York City. Ortiz and an accomplice brandished firearms during the heist outside of a Bank of America Branch, making off with over half-a-million dollars which has not been recovered to date.
