Two armed suspects approached and attacked a guard who was in the process of servicing an ATM. The suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed sum of cash, leading police on a chase before ultimately escaping. One suspect was arrested several days later and the getaway vehicle as well as some of the stolen cash was recovered.
Two suspects armed with assault rifles ambushed an armored car guard outside of a check casher in northeast Philadelphia. The suspects stole approximately $1.8 million dollars, escaping in a vehicle which was found abandoned several miles to the south down I-95. The FBI is investigating.
An armed suspect ambushed an armored car guard during an ATM service at a Conroe area bank. The assailant shot the guard before fleeing the scene but was later stopped by police, resulting in a chase. The suspect was ultimately stopped and, after refusing police commands, shot himself, resulting in his death.
Three suspects pepper-sprayed an armored car guard outside of a credit union and fled the scene with an undisclosed sum of stolen cash. The suspects switched vehicles during their escape but were witnessed and located by police. All three suspects were apprehended and charged.
