Experienced risk and security professional joins L&A as Risk Surveyor, supporting fine art and general specie clients across international markets.
LONDON, 1 October 2026 – Lowers & Associates (L&A), a global risk management consulting firm, announces that Harry Kissock has joined its UK team as a Risk Surveyor. His appointment strengthens L&A’s ability to provide specialist risk surveying and practical risk mitigation guidance to fine art, general specie, and high-net-worth clients across the United Kingdom and international markets.
Kissock brings more than a decade of experience working in risk, security, and operational environments around the world. His background includes military service, international security operations, risk assessments, and specialist training in close protection, surveillance awareness, and emergency response.
In his role with L&A, Kissock will conduct bespoke risk surveys for fine art and general specie clients across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East. His work will support insurers, brokers, and underwriters by identifying potential exposures and providing clear, practical recommendations to help strengthen risk mitigation efforts.
His areas of expertise include risk management, site surveys, protection of high-net-worth interests, surveillance awareness, venue-based security, conflict management, and team leadership. He also brings experience in conducting local research, preparing detailed reports and written recommendations, and providing follow-up support to clients and their insurance partners.
