Three men, Daishaun Hughes-Murchison, Brian Wallace, and Trayvine Jackson, have been arrested and charged in connection with the June 21st theft of approximately $2 million from an armored vehicle outside of a Home Depot in Port Richmond. Jackson was a former Brinks employee, prior to being suspected and terminated following an internal investigation.
Two armed suspects attempted to ambush an armored car guard outside of a Philadelphia-area Wawa; however, the guard opened fire on the suspects who turned and fled the scene.
Dante Shackleford was charged in connection with three Philadelphia-area robberies and attempted robberies between July and August, and another attempted armored truck robbery in early October. Mujahid Davis was likewise indicated in connection with the October attempted robbery.
An armored car guard was servicing an ATM in the parking lot of a PNC Bank when two suspects approached and pepper-sprayed him. The suspects then grabbed a cash cassette, escaping with approximately $100k in stolen cash.
